Data deletion

You can delete the data SIMIA Studio received from connected platforms, or your whole account, in any of these ways.

In the Studio dashboard

  1. Go to studio.simia.digital/painel.
  2. Open Configurações › Conexões (Settings › Connections).
  3. Click Desconectar (Disconnect) on the platform. Studio immediately deletes the stored access for that account. For TikTok, Studio also revokes the authorization on TikTok.

On Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy › Settings › Business integrations.
  2. Select SIMIA and click Remove.
  3. Meta notifies Studio, which deletes the connection, the conversations received from Meta and the records of posts made through Studio. If you ask for data deletion on that screen, Meta shows a confirmation code to follow the request.

On TikTok

  1. In the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy and find the apps and services with access to your account.
  2. Remove SIMIA Studio. Studio's access stops working immediately.
  3. To also delete the connection record kept by Studio, use Disconnect in the dashboard or ask by email.

By email

Send a request to suporte@simia.digital from your registered email, saying whether you want to delete one connection or the whole account. We reply within 15 days and complete the account deletion within 30 days, except data the law requires us to keep, such as tax records of payments.
