Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. This is an English version of the Portuguese terms; if they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the SIMIA Studio (formerly SIMIA Coins) platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SIMIA is a platform for managing products and publishing them to multiple sales and social channels (Mercado Livre, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Catalog, among others) through a prepaid coin system.

3. Coins and payments

• 1 coin equals R$ 1.00.
• Coins are bought with PIX or credit card and do not expire.
• Coins are not refundable after use.
• Unused balance can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase.

4. User responsibilities

• Publish only content you created or have the rights to.
• Do not use the platform to publish illegal, counterfeit or misleading products.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Comply with the terms of the integrated platforms (Mercado Livre, Pinterest, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and TikTok Shop, etc.), including, on TikTok, the Music Usage Confirmation and, when applicable, the Branded Content Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

SIMIA is not responsible for rejections, removals or penalties applied by the integrated platforms to content published by the user. Publishing success depends on each platform's policies and availability.

6. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund of the remaining balance in cases of serious violation.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active users by email at least 15 days in advance of relevant changes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen to settle any disputes.
