Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026. This is an English version of the Portuguese policy; if they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Who we are
SIMIA Studio (studio.simia.digital), formerly SIMIA Coins, is operated by INTEGRAI ARQUITETURA DE SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, a Brazilian company, which is the controller of the data described here. Studio lets users organize products and publish them to social networks and sales channels that the user connects.
2. Data we collect
- Registration: name, email, CPF/CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) and phone number.
- Payments: processed by Asaas. We do not store card data.
- Content you send: products, texts, photos and videos you add to publish.
- Connected accounts: identifiers and access tokens of the platforms you authorize. Tokens are encrypted in the database.
- Usage: access logs, IP address and actions taken in the dashboard, for security and support.
3. Data from Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
When you connect your Meta account, Facebook's official screen shows what Studio requests. Studio uses this access only to:

| Instagram professional account | Identify the Instagram account linked to the Page (ID and username). |
| Publish to Instagram | Publish photo, carousel and Reel, when you confirm. |
| Instagram comments | Read, reply to, hide and delete comments on posts made through Studio. |
| Ad accounts and businesses | List your ad accounts, create paused campaigns from a product and show their results. |
| WhatsApp Business | Identify the WhatsApp Business account and linked number, when you use that channel. |
What we store: the Page ID and name, the Instagram ID and username, the access tokens (encrypted), the ID and link of posts made through Studio and, when you use the inbox, the comments and messages received. Comments shown on each post's screen are fetched on demand and are not stored.
What we do not do: we do not sell Meta data, use it for advertising or to train AI models, publish anything without your confirmation, or access Pages or profiles you did not choose.
4. TikTok data
When you connect your TikTok account, TikTok's official screen shows what Studio requests. Studio uses this access only to:

| Publish videos (video.publish) | Check your account's posting options and publish the video you confirm, with the title, privacy, interaction and commercial content settings you choose. |
What we store: the account identifier on TikTok (open_id), the display name, the access tokens (encrypted) and the record of each post made through Studio (status, identifier and link when the video is public). Your account's posting options are fetched on demand and are not stored.
What we do not do: we do not sell TikTok data, use it for advertising or to train AI models, publish anything without your confirmation, or add brands or text to your videos.
5. Other platforms
When you connect Pinterest, Mercado Livre, Google or another platform, you authorize access to the data needed (profile, boards, catalog, categories, ad accounts) only for the posts and lookups you request.
6. Who we share with
With the platforms you connect, only the content you ask to publish, and with providers needed to run the service (payments and hosting). We do not sell data.
7. How long we keep data
- Tokens and data of a connected account: until you disconnect, the platform revokes access, or your Studio account is deleted.
- Post records: while your account exists, so you can follow what was published.
- Studio account: after a deletion request, data is removed within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. How to delete your data
- In the dashboard, under Connections, use Desconectar (Disconnect): Studio immediately deletes that platform's tokens. For TikTok, Studio also revokes the authorization.
- On Facebook, under Settings and privacy › Business integrations, remove SIMIA. Meta notifies us and Studio deletes the connection, the conversations received from Meta and the post records.

9. Your rights (LGPD)
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability and information about the use of your data, and revoke consents, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
10. Security
HTTPS connections, tokens encrypted in the database, restricted server access and temporary, signed links when a platform needs to download a post's media.
